Our Innovation: The Circular Refinery

We don't just filter water; we mine seawater for industrial chemical assets. By combining Flow-Electrode Capacitive Deionization (FCDI) with Bipolar Membrane Electrodialysis (BMED), our system replaces high-pressure pumps and toxic waste loops with an elegant, continuous electrochemical refinery.

How It Works: The Core Architecture

FCDI Phase: Seawater flows through low-pressure channels at less than 3 bar. A moving, electrified liquid carbon slurry electrostatically pulls the Na+ and Cl− ions out of the water. This produces ultra-pure Fresh Water and a highly concentrated, clean NaCl brine.

BMED Phase: The clean brine enters the BMED multi-compartment stack. A catalytic Bipolar Membrane uses electricity to break water molecules ( H2O) into H+ and OH− ions.

Synthesis: The ions naturally pair up. H+ combines with Cl−to create industrial-grade Hydrochloric Acid (HCl). OH− combines with Na+ N to create high-purity Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH).
