Parallel Pathways to Green Diesel Sovereignty
We are presenting a dual-engine investment thesis that captures both immediate market yield and generational resource ownership: The Biomass Route (The Sprint) and The Inedible Oil Route (The Marathon).

Two structural realities dominate the renewable fuel sector: the urgent, immediate regulatory demand for drop-in decarbonization solutions, and the long-term scarcity of sustainable, non-food oil feedstocks.
We are presenting a dual-engine investment thesis that captures both immediate market yield and generational resource ownership:
The Biomass Route (The Sprint): A high-throughput, near-term infrastructure play turning low-value waste into immediate carbon-neutral cash flow.
The Inedible Oil Route (The Marathon): A high-margin, asset-heavy upstream play transforming marginal (including desert with saline water) land into a secure, proprietary source of premium HVO feedstock.
Concept 1: The Biomass-to-FT Route
Immediate Scale, Zero Agricultural Risk, Accelerated Time-to-Market
This is a pure infrastructure and manufacturing play. By using carbonization to turn raw agricultural and forestry waste into a uniform, hydrophobic intermediate ("bio-coal"), we solve the historic logistics nightmare of biomass (rot, bulk, and moisture). This bio-coal is fed continuously into high-temperature gasifiers and Fischer-Tropsch reactors, outputting a 100% drop-in green diesel.
Time-to-Revenue: 1.5 to 3 Years. Limited exclusively to plant permitting, modular component fabrication, and site construction. You bypass the biological latency of farming completely.
Feedstock Insulation: Zero competition with food crops. We utilize municipal, forestry, and agricultural waste streams that municipalities pay us to take or that sit at near-zero baseline costs.
Estimated Levelized Cost of Fuel (LCOF): US$1.30 – US$1.80 / Liter
Concept 2: The Inedible Vegetable Oil-to-HVO Route
Biological Asset Multiplication, Upstream Feedstock Security, Premium Margins
The global bottleneck for Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) is the availability of oils that don't trigger "Food vs. Fuel" regulatory bans. By establishing massive plantations of deep-rooting, hyper-resilient Calophyllum inophyllum (Tamanu) and Pongamia pinnata (Pongam) on non-agricultural, arid, or degraded land, we build a proprietary feedstock engine. These trees yield non-edible, lipid-dense seeds that are pressed and processed via catalytic hydrotreating into premium HVO.
Asset Appreciation: Every dollar invested in tree planting transforms low-value, unusable marginal land into a high-yielding biological asset that sequester carbon dynamically while growing.
Unmatched Yield Profile: Pongam and Tamanu are powerhouse oil producers. Both can yield up to several tons of oil per hectare annually once mature, outperforming traditional oilseeds without requiring fertile soil or heavy irrigation.
Regulatory Sweet Spot: Because we plant exclusively on non-agriculture land, our HVO qualifies for maximum carbon intensity (CI) credits and secondary market premiums under global mandates (like the EU's RED III and US RFS).
Time Required until Ready-on-the-Road: 6 to 8 Years (Biological maturation curve)
Estimated Levelized Cost of Fuel (LCOF): US$0.90 – US$1.30 / Liter (Highly competitive long-term floor price)
