  • Traditional carbon capture is a financial black hole—it consumes massive amounts of energy and relies on government subsidies to survive.

  • Today, we are introducing a paradigm shift. We have engineered a circular ecosystem that solves two massive global crises simultaneously: freshwater scarcity and industrial CO₂ emissions.

  • Best of all? It doesn't require subsidies to make money. We turn sea brine and smoke into high-margin industrial cash crops.

The Problems

  • Heavy industry is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Governments are tightening carbon taxes, yet traditional Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) is a pure cost center.

  • Concurrently, coastal areas desperately need fresh water, but standard desalination produces toxic brine waste that ruins marine ecosystems. We looked at these two massive industrial pain points and realized that the waste product of one is the perfect antidote to the other.

The Solution (The Circular Loop)

  • Our solution is built on an elegant, closed-loop process. We intake seawater and use highly efficient Capacitive Deionization (CDI) to draw out fresh water. Instead of dumping the leftover concentrated brine, we pass it through a Bipolar Membrane Electrodialysis (BMED) unit.

  • Using electrical currents, we split that salt water into high-purity Hydrochloric Acid and Sodium Hydroxide. We then feed that Sodium Hydroxide straight into our carbon reactor where it binds with industrial smoke. The result? The CO₂ is permanently crystallized into solid, sellable minerals.

Technical Superiority & Cost Structure

  • Because our capital equipment and energy demands are shared across multiple outputs, our unit economics are unmatched. Legacy Chlor-Alkali plants spend huge capital managing volatile chlorine gas.

  • We skip that entirely. Our self-generated NaOH costs us up to 40% less than market commodity prices. This drastically drives down our carbon capture baseline, letting us capture a ton of carbon for a fraction of the cost of standard Direct Air Capture.

The Multi-Stream Revenue Engine

  • This is where the business case becomes undeniable. Traditional carbon capture relies on a single, fragile revenue stream: carbon credits.

  • Our model is built on an robust multi-stream revenue engine. Every hour our plant runs, we are generating premium industrial water, commercial-grade acid, and high-purity soda ash for the manufacturing sector. Even if carbon credit markets fluctuate, our physical product sales guarantee robust, recession-proof cash flow.
